The connector on your eBike charger must physically and electrically match the port on your battery. The three most common eBike charger connectors are GX16 (round metal, 2–3 pin), XLR (3-pin circular, common on scooters and industrial) and Rosenberger (proprietary, used on premium eBikes). Here is how to tell them apart.

How to Identify Yours
XLR looks like a microphone plug (3 pins). GX16 is a smaller round metal shell. Rosenberger is a flat-ish keyed connector — if your original charger is a premium brand, it is likely Rosenberger. Measure pin spacing or send us a photo for a free match.
