When sourcing a 48V industrial lithium battery charger for AGVs, floor machines, telecom or energy storage, the cheap spec sheet is not enough. Ask your supplier these questions to avoid downtime and safety issues.

1. Charge Profile (CC-CV)

Confirm constant-current / constant-voltage with correct absorption and cutoff. For 48V Li-ion use 54.6V; for 48V LiFePO4 use 58.4V. Mismatched voltage ruins the pack.

2. Communication

For industrial use, ask for CAN bus, RS485 or analog enable so your BMS/controller can manage charging. We support all three.

3. Protection & Cooling

Require OV/OC/OT/reverse-polarity protection and active or fan cooling for high-current (25A+) duty. IP rating matters on the floor.

4. Certifications

CE standard; UL/CB on request for North America. Request test reports, not just marks.
